Earth's Moon is a fascinating object.
Its ever changing face, the cool night light,the beauty of full moon,the fear associated with new moon,from time immemorial, it created enthusiasm among scholars and poets.
In south India, we have a tradition of feeding children showing the face of the moon and for adults dining in moonlight was a custom after or during festivals, known as 'Nila Choru*'.
As we have progressed sufficiently in understanding the surface of the moon, this blog aims to give a glimpse of what the moon is !!

Understanding the moon or Venus is essential for :
1. Commercial purposes ( like tourist interests and we may get Uranium or Plutonium)
